When you receive your special invite, use the link and complete the form to enroll yourself in the program. Your registered Mileage Plan number will be the key to entitle you to promotions, status accrual, and other benefits of Mileage Plan membership. Be sure that your Mileage Plan number is entered into every reservation made. Once enrolled in the program you may request an upgrade to the first class cabin (if available on a first come first served basis). Upgrades may be available on the calendar day of departure at a Kiosk, airport ticket counter, or at the departure gate. When upgrades are available you will be asked to pay the required fee. (see fee schedule below) At your convenience mail in your receipt of payment to Dealioz.com for full reimbursement. This offer is available every time you book travel with our Pleasant Holidays travel partner on Dealioz.com and upgrade to "first class". Paid Upgrades may also be available through web check in within 24 hours of flight departure.

Fare categories are booked in B, G, H, K, L, M, N, Q, R, S, T, V, W, Y, and Z classes of service. Passengers upgraded after baggage has been accepted are not eligible for a refund of baggage fees paid. The Paid Upgrade program is subject to change or cancellation without notice. Reimbursement is a flat rate using the chart above payable within 7-10 business days of receipt of proof.
