Eddie (owner) fell in love with the area and moved here within 2 weeks, planning on retiring from successful restaurants in California. Restless as usual Eddie started another venture. First a simple hole in the wall taco joint that offered great food and great prices to locals and tourists all year long. From that simple principle the restaurant took off, and following great support Eddies has since expanded every year getting bigger and better.
