TRAVEL PROTECTION

As an active senior who still loves to travel , My Dealioz Travel Advisor suggested I purchase travel protection insurance of my choosing. Should I had to cancel my trip for any reason I would be entitled to a refund on my reservation. As time moved closer to my departure date I fell ill and had to cancel my trip. I contacted my travel advisor at Dealioz and to my surprise they offered to call the travel insurance company on my behalf. I was informed of the refund process.

My Travel advisor informed me the insurance company asked for documentation to prove my claim (i.e. medical bills, doctor report). I sent in the required documentation to my Travel advisor. I was kept up to date on the progress of the claim until it was completed with a FULL refund.

RE BOOKING

My flight left the gate on schedule. Two hours later the flight crew informed the passengers we had to return to the gate due to a mechanical issue. It would take approximately an hour to get back to the gate due to other aircraft traffic landing and taking off. I immediately contacted my Travel Advisor at Dealioz and informed them of my current issue. My Travel advisor calmed me down and informed me they would look into my options and call me back. I was rebooked on another fight and informed my hotel was contacted about my expected late arrival time so I wouldn’t be canceled and lose my room reservation as a “No-Show”. Once we reach the gate I exited the aircraft. I watched as 200 passengers descended on the 2 airline customer service agents to get rebooked. My Travel advisor contacted the airline to transfer my luggage. I went onto my next flight with No worries or stress. I felt fortunate that I booked through Dealioz!
